Mobile Home: Photorealism Art Test

For an art test, I was asked to model a Mobile Home in a photorealistic style. References were sent to me to then apply in creating the actual piece. Created material atlases inside of Photoshop using reference photos and developed final textures with CrazyBump and Substance Painter. Took three passes overall with tons of feedback to get it to its final form!

Was required to keep it within 10% of a 20k tri count. Matched my mesh to a reference mesh as well as real-world measurements for mobile homes.

Certain aspects of the mobile home are adjusted from the reference images to fit within a story or provide more intrigue. Lit mesh within unreal engine 4, using quixel megascans, google, and photoshop to develop different decals for the building and the base texture for the ground plane.
